All orders are shipped fully insured. There is a delivery confirmation on all packages and packages must be signed for. If there is no one available at the delivery address the postman will return with it back to the depot and leave a card informing you of this. Please ensure you take the card with you to collect your parcel within the allotted time, or the items may be shipped back without notification. In that case, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package ( for both original and return shipments ), and the cost of returning the package to romanticugg.com. We can NOT ship to US Military APO boxes currently. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected shipping date

There are two shipping schemes for your choices. We provide NEXT DAY EMS FREE SHIPPING with orders for most countries, usually arrived in 5-7 days. DHL Express, $25 one item, add $10 for each additional item (Please note: some faraway areas should pay for the additional shipping fee, the actual freight depend on your location), usually arrived in 3-5 business days. Please note we ship to Italy and Netherlands via DHL only. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.

International order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in the country. All applicable duties, fees and additional charges for customs clearance are on you. The customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should to contact your local customs office for further information.
